A rough-ish concept of a Covenant Spectre outfitted with a fuel-rod gun for the turret, as well as some plasma cannons for the driver to use out in front (wouldn't be too accurate or powerful, but it would be something if you lose your gunner). The fuel rod cannon would fill the screen with its green stream but it would quickly overheat to balance it out and not make this thing a super-smash-everything-in-its-path vehicle... though it ALMOST is...

I added two arms to the Spectre (you can see the inspiration in the "The Art of Halo" book) for the driver to rotate and use to give quick spins to the vehicle and make it all very stable and un-flippable.

Thanks for CommanderRatas's comments on one of my pieces to inspire me to do this. This is something that would have been (will be?) featured in the sequel to my "A Sangheili's War Is Never Over" comic:

I'm guessing the mounted plasma turret on the back has been upgraded to a more powerful fuel rod cannon similar to the arm mounted weapon (some, depending on game) Hunters use.
